Yes, you need to have the installation file of application, you wish to install. However, i would suggest you to download that file via pc and then transfer it to you mobile phone. But i have a question. U have to download the app 1st before signing it, correct? Is there a way to bypass this? How do i do it? And OPDA is opening fine. Try again. Try after some time. And why do you have to use opda everytime??
