Bluetooth setup not

It's maddening. Nothing works and most of the suggestions don't really address the problem we are describing. Some time ago I found something in a Microsoft AI technical support that told me to push the power button bypassing a normal shutdown and power the machine off. The next step was to unplug the power cord for a minute. Then reboot the machine. The computer reports that the system had an abnormal shutdown and rebuilds some cache files.

I can never get all the information written down before it finishes. Now I can't remember where I found this information. I know I started on the microsoft. The same thing is happening for me since the latest Windows 10 update. We I start, everything is working but at some point I lose my mouse - everything else is still working but eventually starts to lag.

The bluetooth icon goes missing, under settings it tells me that Bluetooth is turned off. My system was working very well, with no issues prior to this update. Now, my memory runs extremely high, everything starts to lag and it eventually freezes until I reboot.

This is extremely frustrating. I go to action center and expand and its not there. I click edit then add but I can't add bluetooth its not an option.
